Adrienne Altman Speech-Language Pathologist, MHSC CCC-SLP reg CASLPO
Adrienne Altman is a Speech-Language Pathologist who received her Masters of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toronto in 2008. With over a decade of experience, she works with clients of all ages.
As an S-LP and a mom of two little ones of her own, she understands that every client and family is different, and thus their needs and therapy plan should be different.
Her philosophy is to teach simple strategies that can make a huge impact.
Whether it’s playing with your baby and encouraging sounds, helping your toddler with their speech or language, or working on articulation, managing fluency, or working on word finding strategies with after a stroke - Adrienne will show you how to target your specific goals in a simple and effective way – all while having fun!
When she isn’t working as an SLP, Adrienne enjoys thrifting, DIYing, advocating for clean beauty reform, listening to podcasts, and scrolling Instagram when she should be sleeping.
Certifications include: Hanen, PROMPT and Fluency Plus training

Alyssa Taylor
(She/Her/Hers)
Communicative Disorders Assistant
Alyssa graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Behaviour. She also minored in Anthropology. She then furthered her education at Durham College, obtaining a post-graduate certificate from the Communicative Disorders Assistant program.
Alyssa has been working with children of all ages from the moment she graduated her bachelors in 2021 and is passionate about supporting children’s communication.
Alyssa has valuable experience in articulation, gestalt language processors, alternative and augmentative communication, language, and literacy. She is a firm believer in neurodiversity affirming practices and strives to create an inclusive experience for all.
On the side, Alyssa works part time as a Child and Youth Counsellor for foster children. Outside of work you can find her creating jewelry and listening to a good podcast.
